HMN Architects partnered with Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare to provide the hospital with a design for their third clinic, Golden Valley Medical – Osceola. This 16,000 SF, two-story medical office building opened in 2016.

The first floor of the clinic houses 12 exam rooms, an area for minor procedures, and lab support spaces to service the imagine equipment. Some of the imaging services that are available include X-Ray, bone density testing and mammography screening.

The second floor is dedicated to the cardiac rehab and physical therapy group from Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare. The open floor plan with integrated walking track allows for flexible equipment layout and future growth.
