HMN Architects provided full architectural, interior design, and planning services to Holton Community Hospital on their expansion and renovation project. This project is the most significant expansion taken on by the hospital in their 20+ year history.

The existing inpatient bed unit, emergency department, specialty clinic, and surgery department were renovated and expanded to provide a more efficient clinical environment. The infusion treatment radiology waiting, registration and other public areas in the existing facility have been renovated as well.

The two-story addition is attached to the existing hospital and includes a new entrance lobby. The rural health clinic is located on the first floor, while the administrative and support spaces are on the second floor.
