Originally constructed in 1984, the worship facilities had become worn, dated, and no longer aligned with contemporary Catholic liturgical standards. HMN’s design team collaborated closely with the church’s building committee, various subcommittees, a liturgical consultant, and the diocese to not only refresh the finishes, but also reconfigure the worship and fellowship spaces.
Renovations encompassed the church, narthex, vestibules, adoration chapel, sacristies, and multi-purpose room. The incorporation of religious iconography and updated materials—such as Jerusalem stone veneer, porcelain tile, Venetian plaster with cast-stone elements, and hardwood trim accents—brought renewed character to the space. The project also introduced new lighting, an upgraded HVAC system, and an enhanced sound system.
