Shawn Harding, NCARB, LEED AP

Shawn is an Architect, Director of Business Development and a Senior Associate. He assumes his current role in business development, where he manages client relationships, expands HMN’s network, and continues to oversee select projects.

With extensive experience in government, justice, and healthcare sectors, Shawn has been involved in all aspects of the design process. His deep understanding of security and facility function has guided numerous counties and cities in improving their public spaces. While he has a strong background in government and judicial facility design, Shawn has also significantly expanded HMN’s healthcare portfolio, bringing a broad perspective that benefits clients across all market sectors.
