Cynthia started at HMN in 1992, left in 2001 and then returned in 2018. Her transition from Interior Design to Business Development gives her a deep understanding of the design process and allows her to better connect with clients and their needs.
Cynthia focuses on expanding HMN’s Commercial and Healthcare portfolios by engaging with local leaders and identifying new business opportunities. She promotes brand awareness and develops strategies that support steady, sustainable growth for the firm.
She collaborates closely with industry partners to demonstrate HMN’s value in the marketplace and strengthen long-term relationships. Cynthia is also committed to fostering a strong brand identity—one built on a talented team, meaningful partnerships, and a thriving work culture.
